Shawn Gibson had one simple goal: To take a brand new Ducati 1098S and make it his own.

To your left we see... the starting point
He began with your basic conservative items, such as: Dymag Carbon Fiber Wheels & Braketech CMC Starblade Rotors

Along with: A full Leo Vince Titanium Exhaust, CarbonDry Monoposto Tail and Undertank Side Panels, Rizoma Rearsets, LED integrated tail light, & Ducati red paint on the rear Dymag wheel
Then added a: Milled right side engine case, EVR Slipper Clutch, & STM Titanium Clutch Cover
Followed immediately by: Italian flag customized Oberon Mirror Block Off Plates, Oberon Bar End Indicators, A Rizoma Reverse Retro Mirror, CarbonDry Air intake runner covers, & CarbonDry Key Guard

Plus some: Corse Silicone Radiator Hoses to keep the heat down, an EVR Clutch Slave Cylinder, & A Cycle Cat Milled Sprocket Cover

He then broke out the big guns by adding: Ram Italia's Magnesium Swingarm and Hub (with custom light gold paint), Alth's Quick Change Carrier and Sprocket, Custom Lime Green Painted Sprocket Hub Cover, A Regina Gold Racing Chain, & Discacciati's Lightweight Four Piston Rear Brake Caliper and rotor Kit

This great shot shows off the: Biondi Double Bubble Windscreen, & CarbonDry Front Fender Among other things...
You know what's truly amazing? This isn't even the halfway point. Stay tuned, there's a lot more still to come!!!

Naturally you can't go as far as Shawn did without wanting to go a little further. And in this stage you will notice changes both big and small...

Notice something different about the exhaust? Shawn customized his Leo Vince full system by removing the carbon endcaps for a unique, pure race look.
Look closely and you will see that he skilffully removed the seemingly useless heat shield from his Leo Vince exhaust and lightly buffed the pipes to a nice shine: and don't miss the Custom Blue Fren-Tubo Brake lines.
Fasteners were all replaced with 1/4 Turn Allen Head Dzus Fasteners What's coming next? You'll just have to wait and see...
Because there's just nothing better than the Brembo RCS Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders

Shawn and his amazingly cool 1098S, don't let the pretty bike fool you though, it was built to be ridden! In fact, Shawn recently completed a 3,000+ km ride throughout most of the NorthEastern United States (picking up chicks in Portland Maine I bet!) and Canada on his latest 5 day riding adventure.
